There is an awful lot of flip-flopping & back and forth of shares, buying, consolidation, name changes and such.  Why?  Be interesting to see what this looks like after July 31st.

Public offering

What a novel idea, sell shares to make the company more comparable to its peers. By selling shares rather than giving them away the company has funds for capital expenditures.

with cash flow projected near $8M for 2014, enough for a modest drill program of say 6 or so wells. That should be enough to get you to the 1000 boepd. If production is worth $50,000 per barrel day... ...more
