Cash Flow Negative
TUS has cash costs of roughly $31/bbl. So at $44 WTi with a $15 WCS/WTI differential, 1.3 FX rate and $7/bbl below that is 14 API heavy, you get TUS oil price of $30.70/bbl. Below the selling price!

No, TUS is getting around $30 CAD for their 14 API oil. You might be talking in USD they get in the 20's. Either way it doesn't matter and I am basically agreeing with you - TUS IS CASH FLOW NEGATIVE.
