I read somewhere that it took FB 3 quarters after they met all of the requirements.

at that trajectory, Tesla should be included by Q2 2021, assuming they still meet all the requirements

in any case, that's just icing on the cake. The real meat is in their auto deliveries, autonomous tech, and their battery tech.
