Take a deep breath ‘fitness’ We have been through the wringer I agree, but every stock on the venture exchange has been through the wringer these past few years and very few have a single prospect in front of them.
Having had a sober look at this deal, it certainly seems attractive enough. It is inexpensive out of the gate and offers very little dilution to begin with, and is in a prolific area of Mexico. The new addition of John George is no accident then, considering his experience and connections in Mexico.
Copper is abundant in the area and trenching results offer gold zones which adds to the sex appeal.
Roads Power Water Labour are all available close by and it is 43-101 compliant so work can begin without a million hoops to jump through.
I am pleased that management is not asleep at the switch but rather actively pursuing a future for Tosca. And this project looks to be a fantastic place to begin.
