RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Longs J&J doesn't have any patent on bidding rights so they don't have any edge over anyone else. Just like a house sale. The winner is the one who likes it more (which sometimes means is a fool) or who doesn't bluff too hard at the wrong time in the negotiation.

It is always a waste of time trying to pinpoint who the winner will be. I saw a company that didn't even enter the data room get a $1B property package once when there were 30 others in the data room that the data room employees were wasting their time trying to guess pick the winner from.
