Hope this clarifies the transaction. And, I agree, it might provide better optics if RR were to exercise and hold, but this is entirely between him and his personal accountant(s) and tax advisor(s), and any interested buyer(s) for such large single transactions.

Also, INK has RR listed as still having 1.9 M options, not the 1.7 M I suggested earlier.
