Recent tendersHi all. I was looking at recent tender calls from Quebec region and I can't seem to understand how our management/salesmen are processing. I was wondering if someone had any idea what I am not understanding here.

For a 4 devices tender, TSO is by far the highest bidder, even thought we are supposed to be the cheapest on the market and we are still trying to introduce our VP4's.

For a 2 devices tender, we did not even issue a bid on the tender call. I thought we couldn't afford to lose any sale opportunity.
