Wow. Great find and very concerning, indeed. They are not winning RFQs and they are not participating in others. I agree, they should be in every bid and win every one. There is no time to lose. -AE

For a 4 devices tender, TSO is by far the highest bidder, even thought we are supposed to be the cheapest on the market and we are still trying to introduce our VP4's.

For a 2 devices tender, we did not even issue a bid on the tender call. I thought we couldn't afford to lose any sale opportunity.
