RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This one is HUGEI certainly don't disagree with Low's remarks: not only is the FDA an inefficient behemoth, it is far too often influenced by external agendas. However, given the ridiculously litigious medical environment in the US, they too often feel obliged to go to extremes in their thoroughness and attention to detail, as they obviously have with their delays in giving approval for TSO3's Sterizone unit.
And, my unclear reference was not to selling to capture year end losses or gains, but, given the double that some of us have recently experienced in the value of TOS shares, there will be some portfolio rebalancing begetting some selling, in addition to selling the news, (though not by me). :)) Take care, WKH
