RE:RE:RE:Short Position as of Dec 15

RE:RE:RE:Short Position as of Dec 151) shares outstanding 83.287 (Dec 15) - 82.916 (end last quarter) = 371,000 (recently) + 646,000 approx (announced at last cc Nov)  = about 1,000,000 warrants exercised to date, though some might not be accounted for yet? So about 8,000,000 still outstanding. 1,000,000,000 owned my the Caisse in Quebec (very unlikely to be shorted against)( and another ?1-2,000,000 at least owned by funds like Fidelity, HSBC, Investors). The short interest is down slightly by 150,000 past 2 weeks. I just don't see that 2/3 of the outstanding remaining warrants could all be used to cover these 4.5 million shorts, as others have also noted.

2) I confess, darn it all, that I was presuming shares of TOS might just stay well above the $2.00 level forever, (yes, silly me, "forever"), and not hit .60 again. lol. News is good, and getting better every week and month. The larger group of shorts who don't own warrants to cover will be caught in their own trap on more positive news flow.

I will with great confidence leave any decisions about if and when to force holders to exercise their warrants up to TSO3 management acting reasonably and responsibly in the best interest of the company and all (long) shareholders. :))

Thanks,

WKH
