RE:TSTIF (TSO3)The share price on TSTIF only updates when someone places a trade. The shares on TO are what matter. The OTC market maker is a crook anyway - you alway pay more than the TO price when you buy and you get less when you sell.
Hopefully, TSO3 will eventually move trade on NYSE in the US but who knows when. Some brokerages will let you convert your share holdings to the direct Canadian shares but no point in doing that unless you are anxious to sell and don't want the OTC involved.
In any case, when you buy or sell TSTIF it will translate to the current TO price +/- .0025 cents.
