"Truth #1: There are serial numbers on each and every endoscope ever made. Hire someone to do the necessary secretarial work. Truth #2: the infections weren't happening when the scopes were sterilized instead of high level disinfected. Sloppiness in reprocessing, happens but it also can be detected if resources are allocated to do the job. #3: we in the medical field gave away power to the manufacturers that have run this show for many years, writing the rules for themselves to extract wealth from the health care industry. Truth sounds like lies to a sinner."
