RE:RE:RE:RE:FDA stance after approval

I am not involved in the health care field but did ask a good friend some years ago who is about TOS. She was involved in data processing, processing grant applications, bugeting etc. She said that if TOS's system was as advertised a few years ago it would be an immense improvement compared to what was happening in hospitals in Canada at that time - saftey and cost wise. Her main concern at the time was the problem they would likely face getting FDA approval in the USA given they were a small relatively unknown Canadian company. Years ago I was a stock holder in a relitively small Canadian company that was #crewed around for so long by the FDA that in the end compeditor was granted license for the same drug (with an inconsequential variant - inconsequential except for the 'small' company) and cornered the market.
In short I have held TOS for many years and do believe it to have a a system that is the 'go to' in the field. My only concern is that over the years I have leaned that large companies with tons of cash do have an uncanny ability to influence the powers that be - and the stock of small companies.
