Systemic risk

Systemic riskGiven tos is in a government regulated industry, does that mean they will be less affected by an economic downturn? There seems to be a steady demand for Tbilis, so the government would probably be injecting dollars fiscally into the economy. Hopefully one modernization factor is having CLEAN hospitals for god forbid. Either way, guaranteed minimums from getinge help minimize downside short term risk. Valuation for this in a future cash flow basis is way more than what it is trading at considering it will be the new standard for the foreseeable future.not sure what competition is like or the low temp market but tos has a competitive product, key for them is staying aggressive.
