RE:Grow up and leaveI think the point with all this complaining relates directly to Getinge. They have said TSO3's technology, the VP4 and, hopefully soon, the smaller 80L update, are their star offerrings to customers around the world, yet they have been dragging their feet with their roll-out up to now. Getinge, being publicly traded, has now had to show their hand by announcing their plan to raise funds (to acquire TSO3) later in the summer, which helps to explain why they might not have been more aggressive in ordering and selling two or three times the number of units of this game changing technology: their management was in no hurry to show how the VP4 is taking over and will dominate the world's low temperature market as this would just cause the share price to double or triple, and hence their acquisition cost would be that much higher. TSO3 will be an incredible cash cow in coming years, of this there is no doubt. Up to now Getinge has had internal problems that they have just sorted through, and they were in no hurry to take a run at TOS, until now. But, this revolutionary technology is selling itself (and RR and company are doing strategic installs without Getinge's help, doing scientific validations and extending their techological expertise and patents, and doing their own company promotion), so Getinge realizes they can't hold TSO3 down any longer. Shareholders have obviously found this frustrating, as has TSO3's management, (I am sure RR and GK would prefer TSO3 to remain independent until they are selling 800+ units annually with the robust revenue of consumables on even 2000+ installed units - with a share price over $10 in a couple of years) ; but, once the bidding starts, despite their obvious games, Getinge's war chest won't be able to complete with JNJ and others for this incredible company, IMHO.
