RE:Changes to agreementYes it is a good thing.
The company recognized (last year) that Getinge wasn't getting it done so they hired sales engineers and tried to help them along. This move is the obvious next step, terminate their N.A. rights (with cause) and try to negotiate a new deal.
Short term bad since they have additional costs of sales. So 2018 will be financially poor, I suspect.
