So a price of 1$ mean we should expect an acquisition price of 1.70$ ... a STEAL ...
From 3.80$ to now PLUS OR MINUS A 1$ ...that mean that an acquisition price would be 156.4 millions (1.70$*92MILLIONS SHARES) LOWER for every dollar Smash and Grab strategist can lower the share price ....
and for 2.80$ lower (3.8$-1$) is 437.9 millions (156.4millions*2.80$) LOWER for an acquisition (2.80$*1.7*92millions). It might cost them up to 10 millions to drop continously the share price. It seem to me to be a very good deal. But this illegal and fraudulent ...
For everyone who followed this stock, price manipulation is OBVIOUS.
When management will do something about it?
They shall show they care about their shareholder.
I predict we will see sooner than later who is behind this scam. Maybe after Duodenoscope FDA approval in may?
