Courage knows absolutely nothing confidential - it's a public company.  If Courage is privy to something confidential, that would be illegal.

It's simple:  Kayll did his job - he miraculously raised money in an attempt to stay afloat.  A big chunk of that $20M in cash will be used to pay GET for the mass of unsellable units in inventory.  Then the rest is to limp along, patch holes in the sinking ship and try to make it ashore.

The CFO pulled off a miracle and we should be appreciative.  It bought TSO3 another 12 months of existence to try and sell some of the 200+ units they have in stock.  And it bought the C's another year of employment and bonuses in Myrtle Beach.

I just cannot believe GK was able to somehow convince an entity to "lend us $20M" given we have scarce sales and a large surplus of old sterilizers on-hand that we couldn't sell the first time around.  This must be the deal of the century for GK.  We burned through $25M in the past 3 years with no results, please give us another $20M.  Great sale, GK!  This is the best sale TSO3 has made to date.
