RE:About consumables..Also, the "floor" is not 77.  SunnyShadow only included the 12 shipped units, but not the 24 order backlog in his calculations. 
I would think any hospital that is willing to put in a firm order with deposit is planning to take possession of their machine within a few months.  Except for those that are waiting for a new hospital to finish construction...but even for those, why put in the order >1yr in advance?
