Take a look at page 25 on the circular to see what the board members were paid in 2018 before they have decided to give themselves a raise. 

Linda - 135k
steve west -101k
Doug Deiter - 91.9k

etc, etc etc

THe total comp for these board members is about $600k and that is before they decided they deserved a raise.  EVERYONE ON THE HR COMMITTEE SHOULD BE WITHELD
