The stock is worthless because it is being run by a completely incompetent management team who have destroyed all the value that the technology may have held and fired every competent person who has been associated with this company, from the woman who developped the tech to the lawers who helped get it approved, to the partners who were trying to sell it.  

Go back to last year and look at people pleading for management to be voted out last year, because they were destroying value. Go look at the stock price earlly last year and you will see you and WONG talking about how ridiculous it was at 1.50, 1.40, 1.30, 1.20 and how it was all being caused by 1 large fund selling.  You were wrong then and you are wrong now.  Management should have been voted out last year and the stock would have been dramatically higher.

Naive investors like you and wong who have spewed complete garbabe about how this management team should be trusted and need more time.  You and wong might have influenced other shareholders to not vote out management last year and this year and for that you should be ashamed because this management team is toxic.

I have never seen more naive investors than you two, you should stop pretending you have any clue what you are talking about
