Someone playing for a few pennies makes no difference to the overall SP at this point Cash
BTW I was surprised at the early timming of the recent PR.
I am expecting further positive info to come out over the next 6/7 weeks that will have a more positive effect with a 'decent' increase in the SP
However the real mover will likely not be before Q4 or early 2020
In other words it will require a move to sterilization of multi channel scopes by the manufactureres themselves, whether it is required by law by then or not, that will propel TOS.
Total sterilization will be a fact of life in this field in the not too distant future, and no doubt the major scope manufacturers know it
And then of course sales and installs will propel this stock to where it will be a successful functioning stand alone business or, most likely, sold or partnered with a major company
