RE:My patience is running outThis truely is remarkable. I BEGGED THIS BOARD AND MANY OF THE INVESTORS I KNOW TO CONSIDER THIS AHEAD OF THE LAST AGM BUT YOU ALL TOOK ADVICE FROM WONG AND CASH. You're 3 months too late. But, this board and its management should be sued into the ground. The level of mis-management, lack of governance and shear ignorance is appauling. The fact that we have gone through two distributors, an internally launched sales team that has yielded no success, selling away the bulk of the company to an unknown hedge fund in Tennessee, an incompetent CFO that misses every qtr., a CEO that is just 10 years in the seat too long and a board that has no clue what its doing. I am out of suggestions.
