RE:Here is what they are afraid of! So Dr Cash are you voting no or are you in favour of this transaction? I just voted no. How would small shareholders be hurt by this transaction, any shareholder is free to sell shares now at essentially the deal price, however management certainly would be hurt by a no vote and that is exactly why i am voting no. Management and the board don't own any stock so they aren't getting crushed like shareholders and they are getting a nice package if this deal goes through, so NO it is for me.
