RE: Running costs vs. capital costs
RE: Running costs vs. capital costsHi All
In the previous post it was stated that the annual costs for TSO3's unit was 280 bucks a year (based on the consumable sterilant associated with the machine). I previously emailed Investor Relations and asked what the re-occuring revenue from each unit was per year and they stated 20k. Now this will probably include support, maintenance and other items (since it is approximately 18% percent of the base unit cost) .
Becky do you know what the total annual cost is for each unit you stated previously? Don't get me wrong, 20k is much better if it is in line with the total cost of the other units, as then there is a reasonable re-occurring revenue stream.
Also, anyone know the market size (number of hospitals, number of units required at each hospital) of these units.
Thanks
(FYI, dont own shares yet, Still doing DD and hoping for a little drop
