Erin, the Li price is irrelevant to this company, all they

had were the waste piles and the mining permit ran out ages ago.  What they do have is a Sn/Ti processing plant that seems to have vanished into thin air, might have something to do with the fact they FORGOT TO DRILL (?!?!?!) the "deposit" before unbelievably sinking investor $$$ into a processing plant.  I've never heard of a company messing up that bad.

There was the pegmatite corridor drilling program, but that seems to have disappeared too.

Those unfortunate issues might have some bearing on why there was only a single $100 trade today and why the Bid is down at 8 cents.

Glencore invested in TTX for the lithium, no? They must have something even if it hasn't been officially explored. The tin and tantalum plant continues to be an albatross. The company has said nothing about it well past when they shouod have. Frankly, the whole thing is crazy.

If you re-read the news release you'll see it doesn't appear that Glencore has invested a single dollar in TTX.  Here is a direct cut n paste ... given what we know about TTX, what do you figure the chances are they will meet any of these conditions? In summary, it's entirely possible that glencore will walk away from a deal. Wait and see.
