CEO Salary

Eric Allard makes 150k or so. Thats actually pretty modest. This raise could pay the executives for half a year today at best?

Modest?!?!?  For a microcap penny stock with no revenues that is so broke they are diluting themselves out of existence and paying loan interest through the nose ... TO INSIDERS!! Its not modest its obscene. You think this is his day job?
