THUNDERMIN MERGER WITH RAMBLER

I do not feel that Thundermin shareholders should aceept the"Non-Bindimg  Letter of Intent" because a 16 for 1 exchange is too much a price to pay. Now, that we have recuperated the Pelletier Lake Mine, I feel we are worth more than we are being offered. Rambler is not breaking any records in their share sales and I doubt they will ever break out. I believe that Little Deer along with Pelletier Lake and the exploration Yorbeau Resources is performing at Scott Lake is being undervalued.
