I have pasted screen shots and links but this platform does not seem to function properly!

There is a link in the Trevali website that takes you to FTI Consulting.

Under the Reports section, there is the 'Twelfth Report of the Monitor' (June 26, 2023) that explains some of the reasons for the secrecy, the completion of the Rosh Pinah sale to Appian SPA, and the payments to all the lawyers (alot) and consultants.  Trevali seems to have nothing left in cupboard!
 
As part of the sale to Appian SPA, the Revolving Credit Facility was settled for $113.6M and Glencore was paid $13.1M.  Also, "existing officer and directors are not expected to continue in their current positions"...
