Are the debts paid in full?
Attention to how this notice of the closing of the sale is written. It is said: "a part was used to pay...", when referring to banks, we assume that 100% of the debt was paid. But when the debt with Glencore Canada is mentioned, they say: "...repay a portion of its secured debt obligations owed to Glencore ....", this being approx. 13 million. much less than 100 mill. to the banks. So why wasn't Glencore paid in full? , there is a claim from Glencore for 3 mill. that they still have to pay, is it that the money is not enough? it is absurd that the sale price of Rosh Pinah is not mentioned.
