Why the Musk hate?

Why the Musk hate?
I understand the outrage on maybe a societal level but I really don't understand why people are upset about this in terms of investment and profit making. Twitter has been on a downward trend since early 2021, until recently due to Elon buying in and creating conversation. If you're a long time holder and feel Musk will destroy this stock, you can still expect a big uptick from a takeover before your prophesied tanking. You make money. If you're a short time holder and feel Musk is bad, the above is even more true. If your distaste for Musk and no faith in his ability to operate is extremely strong. Short the stock upon takeover... you'll make your boatloads (would not recommend) If you're trying to liquidate your stock you should be happy about the uptick. If you're trying to establish a position, you may have missed the first buy in point but if this deal goes through the price will take off. If it doesn't, it will flop around the 35-40$ and you won't lose much. So no biggie. How can people say investors have lost faith in Musk and then in the very next sentence complain and criticize that tesla is 5x overpriced. Lots of delusional people in here.
