Very few people are currently talking about the labour shortages.. Everywhere I go there are so many help wanted posters.. Also how many new mine engineers are being trained today?? Never mind the people who work in the mines?? So there is a shortage of supply and no new skilled workers to bring it to the surface?? In North America this is just as big a problem as the lack of reagents in Kazakhstan.. This issue will be felt when new mines are permitted and start being built..  We are lucky that the restart has begun and all of the infrastructure is in place and paid for.. with no debt and unhedged to the price ..
