RE:RE:What's going on here? NewsWhat a crock of bull. This move just plain stinks of manure. In my opinion this warrant maneuver should not be permissible. It's nothing more than a BAILOUT for early investors. They/we took a risk, are underwater both on an initial investment & bonus warrants, and now here's a BAILOUT! In this case, it feels like it will be institutions and insiders benefiting most while others suffer through dilution. Ultimately, risk takers are rewarded and can find a soft landing at the expense of the future upside of all shareholders. I don't fear the dilution will exert all that much more downward pressure on the share price (until they ultimately decide to reverse split), but the upside potential here just took a bath. As a shareholder holding warrants I will surely execute to improve my position, but I almost feel guilty doing so... or maybe it's just that I'm a little sour because I down-averaged in the open market. Regardless, I can't pass up this cash incentive, so now I'll be investing even more money chasing diluted returns. I'll also be looking to exit much earlier with lower expections for my investment return than I originally anticipated. Break-even wasn't my mindset going in, but it's beginning to look like a worthy goal now. Is much rather my money be sitting in any one of 6 or 7 other uranium juniors at the moment. Just my 2 cents.
