PP closes tomorrow. It was completely sold out last week. The warrants are exercisable at .45 cents and can be split off in 4 months.
The 43 101 will be announced very soon. I doubt this thursday but I still believe it was held up until the PP was sold, so who knows.
Stab in the dark.......share price will be 50 cents or better when the 43 101 comes out. I am a believer in Duncan putting his money where his mouth is."
