Name change to be voted on

"The third item of special business being proposed at the Meeting is the change of name of the Company. Specifically, the Company proposes to submit a resolution (the “Name Change Resolution”) to its shareholders to consider, and if thought fit, approve a special resolution changing the name of the Company to “Bolero Resources Corp.” or some other derivation of same, subject to regulatory approval. The Company believes that Bolero Resources Corp., or a similar derivation of same, will better reflect the Company’s business endeavours. The Company and its management believe that the words “United” and “Development” contained in its current name do not add any value and accordingly, the directors are recommending that shareholders adopt a special resolution to authorize the Name Change Resolution." Side note...Nice to see Duncan owns 1.834 million shares with another million or so options.

The Company believes that Bolero Resources Corp., or a similar derivation of same, will better reflect the Company’s business endeavours. Bolero is a 3/4 dance that originated in Spain in the late 18th century, a combination of the contradanza and the sevillana. The management has been dancing around releasing news for too long. I vote for Waitforever Resources. JMO TA
