RSI showing largest oversold territory ever- Buy indicator

Looks like the sell-off has reached a bottom - especially with today's uptick. RSI is around 16-17. Based on the chart, a bounce should occur at any time. The 8-K ATM filing was misconstrued and creates a buying opportunity at these levels to new investors or for other investors to average down.
