U takeover of "Uranium Limited"
U takeover of "Uranium Limited"
Today I received U's "Notice of Special Meeting" regarding their takeover of Uranium Limited".
The booklet states that Uranium Limited has been trading on the Venture exchange since Jan. 2009,
Trading volume has been minimal. I cannot find any info on this company. The booklet says that the company has no employees, but does have a Board of Directors. They are stockpiling uranium, but the booklet does not say how much. If U completes the merger, they will issue 24.1% of new shares. The booklet further states that the merger would lead to an increased NAV for existing U shareholders, but how can we know unless we are told what Uranium Limited brings to the table?
Uranium Limited is a Guernsey registered company. - If you are a U shareholder and have further knowledge about "Uranium Limited", I would really like to hear from you. - In my book, any Guernsey registered company required VERY CLOSE scrutiny before I can be convinced to vote FOR this merger.
