• Prevoiusly known as PTM Publications
• Filed their SB2 April 2006.
• Michale Kessler did the filing
• Kessler did Indepoendence Energy Corp -  it went from 90 cents to pennies in a month!
• For years this company does nothing then in 2009 all officers resign and thjere is a change of control followed by a generous 22:1 stock split in 2010 and PTM changes name to Magnium Oil in 2010 to change its name again in 2012 to US Graphite Inc.
• Do another split at 3.5:1 putting 77 million shares in the hands of Patrick Debolis and he then puirchases another 20 million shares for US$5k. 
• 93 million shares now held by insiders.
• Those shares are now worth a staggering US$ 70 million.  It cost the insider next to nothing. 
• There is a HUGE SPAM SCAM in progress.
