SP500 "AGAIN" Back below 2800 Level

I am looking for a drop below 2788 

Its touched 2790 SIX TIMES and bounced back...  a close below 2788 is necessary before any really selling in markets or jump in vix.

TVIX needs to break above $30.00 to snap this down trend of lower highs... still just watching
