then announce proposed public offering of common
stock with no # of shares or price!

This ain’t the time for other Zsan holders to go MIA and then post here “after” they sell their shares bloomberg and street insider said “price offering appears to be at $3.50” which if true is a HUGE disappoint after it hit $5.45 and appeared to have broken out to the upside

Oh great...we just finished talking about how pulm went from a spike $3 to an offering of $1.20 and how volnerable these bios are to PP and here we go with zsan...but to announce without volume or price did seemed odd. I was checking out stocktwits and that seems the price...$3.50.  Trying to make sense of it. If you look at the 1Y chart looks like $3.50 would be the average price.

Bad but not a disaster until you let it fall further. These companies need cash and financing will happen only when those providing the financing see a deep discount. Here many shareholders will sell you must exit 50%, sell 25% fast and try for higher bid by 7.5% above first reduction. If it continues to fall sell more. I have mentioned financing risk but it is imperative we track cash and

MR, good info, so in view of the size of the PP for $17.5 million and if you are correct on PP price hold a higher % of Zsan. I mention reduce just so you stay in better control of situation. One can easily add shares back on if it moves up with strong support. Company product pipeline ok but soft market and markets can dip so react as required. May take some time to draw in Zsan strong buying
