Is UVXY THE TRADE of 2021?

Vol at record lows as markets bubble at record highs
Call volumes highest on record 
With implieds running well below historical vol- how cheap is UVXY for gamma players ?
Something has to give 

Market bubbles further but vol will remain firm or Mrket crashes in which case vol explodes
