In regards to Quebecoise...you have the right to converse in any dialect..you wish. That is your right. If you own and operate a mining company in Quebec and provide French only information that too is "possible" but completely naive. I believe this case is clearly proven .....the market is not buying....period. Historically proven...
Frankly, on a personal level, I completely believe and support the French language laws protecting the special situation Quebec finds itself in North America. That is not what we a sharing here..regarding my comments about ...in the past this information was generally provided with duality both in time and content.
