They 0 income their mill was undercare and maintenace since Feb. 28 2019,their exploration drilling was ordered to stop March 17 2020, their financial reporting was behind and their shares were at $1.06 from the high of $2.97 in Sept. of 2019.
During his 17 months at the helm as CEO Drilliing was restarted, accounting was caught up and an application to increase the tonnage of the mill was subbmitted. Two private placements were started and completed raising $32,500,000.00 and when his replacement was announced on Nove. 11 2021 Bontera Shares were at $1.36.
