Hi i bought +-292k shares of Pershimex at 0.035c .
Just a way of buying Abcourt shares at a discount if the merger goes throught.
If Abcourt shares are at 0.065 i would be buying at 9% discount if they are at 0.07 i would make 13% .
And if the merger doesn't materialize at 0.035c it is still a good deal.

I joined in buying some as well. Wondering if you could share the formula on figuring this as I am considering another purchase. Also, I would like to know how to do it for any future purchases I might make with this and other stocks. I would appreciate it, but of course, at your leisure, if you choose to do so.
