PP comments.

PP comments.Hi Labrador6,Moose73 and Mariner and thanks for your post.

My understanding of why another PP and who can participate and what the future holds.

I understood last year that the PP was probably the last and the future funding would come from
borrowed money.

Now my new understanding is that institutions will not participate in funding for more than +-20% of Mcap (i may be wrong).

Abcourt needs probably 30-45m in funding to achive full production of Sleeping Giant mine.

So the share price has to increase by a big value to increase Mcap .

Another way to increase Mcap is to do more PP (increase the no of shares and hope that the share price will eventually increase as the co advances to production).

Also if production starts and proves that we could produce at a profit might also increase the share price.

I will let you all guest what the share price should be and also how many new PP will be needed
to get Abcourt to full production.

I will participate in PP but not as much as if i thought that this one was the last.

I will try to keep a small amount  for the next PP

I think that not only large share holders can participate but also small share holders if they demand to participate by sending a request to Abcourt mail site.

If the share price increases by 1c at every PP maybe the last might be at 10c .

And hopefully within 24 months.
Fernand
