RE:THE TRUTH !!

RE:THE TRUTH !!
I can completely understand your frustration. The hardest part of being an investor is the waiting, and sometimes it doesn't pay off to wait.

But first, forget about the previous management. It is history now. And as I understand it, you really had the chance to come out with a formidable profit, but you let the chance pass you by. You can't blame that on bad leadership.

In a demanding capital market, Abcourt has taken steps that demand something more from existing shareholders to start the production from Sleeping Giant in the foreseeable future. The alternative as I see it would be more or less a desert walk in search of a source that is difficult to find. And probably years of more waiting.

With a private placement in progress, we cannot expect the share price to rise any time soon. It is what comes in the months that follow that will determine the viability of management's plan to begin commercial production. And I must say that with a market capitalization of only 26 MCAD, and considering all their assets and opportunities, I find this company very attractive.

What you are saying about a reverse split (if that is what you mean) I do not understand. Why should we have to wait years for a profit if that were the case? And the company says, by the way, that the plan is to buy back shares when the cash flow allows. We must, of course, make a reservation about exactly that statement.

In my opinion, we are all mainly personally responsible for the actions we take in the stock market. If we don't understand it, we shouldn't be there.
