If the price of gold stays at +- $2200 per oz ca and in 3 years Abcourt could produce 30k oz
here are the numbers for different senarios.

no increase in cost production the profit could be $43,710,000 in a 1-3 years.
That would translate to more profit in year 3 than the entire MCAP of ABCOURT today.
