RE:Move over Hollywood

RE:Move over Hollywood
Looking back at the last consolidation in 2015 with only 27 million shares outstanding, it was done without a fund raise at the time, so the consolidated shares could just languish around for 5 months. But the company stated at the time that the reason for the 1 for 6 rollback was to better access funding!   So they annouce it and then didn't actually do a raise until November; one can check ABEN's news releases on their own website from 2015 to see this.

Is this the type of thing that will happen this year as well?  Good management annouces funding at the time of any share consolidation, as the main reason, or typically the only reason for a share consoliation is to be able to raise funds.

When they optioned the Hit property back in October I thought they might do the same for Justin or Forrest Kerr, but at a higher cash amount.  I definitely made the wrong call.

I entered into the stock after all of the Forrest Kerr drilling and after the stock price was knocked down, thinking the selling may have been overdone, ABEN having drilled several very good holes there and the property seemingly still having a lot of potential, but those who did sell quickly then to get out like yourself likely knew management's history when it comes to new funding.
