Graphite property work coming due

They got an extention for required exploration expeditures to the end of June, and it's now May 1 so they have 60 days it would appear.   However, the current placement hasn't even closed yet and who knows how much will be raised.

Results so far this year:   Two newly acquired properties without the means to explore either one, a tanked share price, and still no sale or JV or Justin or Forrest Kerr.

This market is dead.... the banker/brokers will make sure it stays that way... and goes nowhere along with the precious metals. If the Bankstas and their cheap commissions were not here the TSX would be under complete renovation starting sometime ago. 80% of the private brokerage houses would have dried up Dead beat outfits like this one doing PPs at 5 cents or less would be gone. Just read the SEDAR posting of the March 2023 financials. Negative working capital of 125k, so it was running on Jim's CC until the PP closed. Now they have a massive 375k to get the projects going. New guy is just another crony from the old crew. Looks like some nutcase bought stock in this basket case today. It's a really sick dog in a dogs world precious metals market right now. But as ...more

Interesting that the news mentions the potential of Forrest Kerr and Justin.  I think a lot of people (like myself) held on solely because we think they actually do have promise, but unfortunately we had expected management to have made changes like bringing in new talent two years ago.   Dumping remaining shares at 3 cents (30 cents at today's post consolidation price) was the ...more
