I understand the frustration as someone here for a few years, but fortunately not right after the initial Forrest Kerr results. I have owned exploration stocks with mutli-million gold ounce projects that were simply given away rather then having any value added for shareholders. august202013, regarding your concerns about the share consolidation history, there really isn't anything to investigate if you are looking for some type of security exchange answers. Every junior explorer will consolidate shares, some more often than others, but there is no legal definition on number of shares outstanding needed to consolidate.  Other than putting your investment ...more

FURTHER REVIEW OF RECORDS OF ABM OF PRIVATE PLACEMENTS THROUGH NOV, 9, 2015 THROUGH SEPT, 11, 2018 AND TODATE HAVE COME TO AGREEMENT WITH STRIKEGOLD THAT JUNIOR EXPLORER ACTUALLY NEED TO CONSOLIDATE SHARES UNTIL SUCH TIME WHEN THEY STRIKE GOLD WHICH COULD ALSO BE SOON  !   1 THE END 5

I was not pleased at all with the last 1 for 10 share consolidation. I thought I pretty clear on this point.  All I said was they the company didn't do anything for the regulators to look into.
